Enterprise wireless network design & deployment: Wireless designed from measurements, not guesswork.

We design, deploy and support enterprise Wi-Fi that covers every room, carries the density you actually have, roams cleanly and stays secure. Every design is surveyed, validated on site and documented.

Outcomes

Wi-Fi your people stop thinking about.

Good wireless is invisible. Calls do not drop between rooms, scanners stay connected in the aisles and every device lands on the right network with the right access.

  • 01

Coverage and capacity that match real use

Designs start from your devices, applications and peak density, not a grid of APs on a floor plan. Channel plans, power and placement are confirmed with on-site measurements.

  • 02

    Roaming that keeps sessions alive

802.11k, 802.11v and 802.11r, tuned data rates and consistent secondary coverage let voice, video and handheld scanners move between APs without dropped sessions.

  • 03

    Security built into every SSID

WPA3, 802.1X and role-based policy separate staff, guests and IoT cleanly. The result is simple to operate from a cloud management platform or an on-premises controller cluster.

What we deliver

From first survey to ongoing support.

One team owns the RF design, the wireless configuration, the security model and the validation. You get a network that works as designed, and the evidence to prove it.

RF design and surveys

  • Predictive RF models from CAD or PDF floor plans with wall attenuation
  • On-site AP-on-a-stick surveys for difficult or critical spaces
  • Spectrum analysis to find non-Wi-Fi interference
  • Heatmaps for RSSI, SNR, channel overlap and data rate
  • Capacity planning by device count, application and airtime
  • AP placement, mounting and antenna selection, including high ceilings and outdoor areas

Architecture and deployment

  • Cloud-managed designs, with gateways where traffic must be tunneled
  • Controller-based designs with redundant controller clusters
  • Wi-Fi 6, 6E and 7 designs, including 6 GHz channel planning
  • PoE budget and multi-gigabit uplink planning with your switching
  • AP staging, zero-touch provisioning, groups and configuration templates
  • Migrations from legacy controllers and older AP generations

Security, guest and IoT access

  • WPA3-Enterprise and WPA3-Personal (SAE) with Protected Management Frames
  • 802.1X with EAP-TLS or PEAP against your RADIUS or NAC policy server
  • User roles with per-role firewall policy and VLAN assignment
  • Guest networks with captive portal, sponsor approval or Enhanced Open (OWE)
  • IoT networks with per-device pre-shared keys or MAC authentication on isolated segments
  • Wireless intrusion detection and rogue AP classification

Validation, troubleshooting and support

  • Post-install validation surveys against the agreed criteria
  • Roaming walk tests with 802.11k/v/r tuning and throughput checks for critical applications
  • Radio resource management, band steering, client steering and basic rate tuning
  • Troubleshooting with over-the-air packet captures and RADIUS logs
  • As-built heatmaps, AP inventory and configuration documentation
  • Firmware lifecycle and optimization, or full managed network services

How we work

Four phases. Measured at both ends.

Every project starts and finishes with data, so the network you approve on paper is the network you get in the building.

  1. 01

    Requirements and predictive design

We map devices, applications, density and security needs, then model the RF from your floor plans with real wall materials.

  2. 02

    On-site survey

AP-on-a-stick measurements and spectrum analysis confirm the model where it matters: high ceilings, dense walls and critical rooms.

  3. 03

    Deploy and configure

Staged configuration in your cloud management platform or controllers: SSIDs, roles, authentication and a planned cutover with a rollback path.

  4. 04

    Validate and hand over

A post-install survey and roaming tests prove the design. You receive heatmaps, results and documentation, with support after go-live.

Where it fits

Built for demanding spaces and strict requirements.

Government and secure facilities

WPA3-Enterprise with certificate-based EAP-TLS, strict role separation, rogue AP detection and change-controlled configuration. Designs are built with frameworks like NIST SP 800-53 in mind.

  • Certificate-based device trust
  • Segmented staff, guest and IoT roles
  • Documented, reviewable configuration
  • Healthcare and regulated enterprises

Voice, clinical and IoT devices on isolated roles, with roaming tuned for real-time traffic. Designed with HIPAA and PCI DSS in mind.

  • Warehouses and industrial sites

High ceilings, racking and metal. Directional antennas and aisle-by-aisle roaming for handheld scanners.

  • Multi-site organizations

Standard templates, zero-touch provisioning for branches, and the same SSIDs and policy everywhere.

  • Offices built for hybrid work

Dense conference rooms and constant video calls. Capacity planned for collaboration apps, not just coverage.

Questions we hear before a wireless project.

Something else on your mind? Ask an engineer.

A predictive design is a strong start for new builds and budgeting. We add on-site measurements where wall materials are unknown, ceilings are high or voice and scanners are critical. Every deployment ends with a validation survey against the agreed criteria.

It depends on your client devices, switching and cabling. The 6 GHz band only helps devices that support it, and newer APs often need 802.3bt PoE and multi-gigabit uplinks. We assess your device mix and infrastructure, then recommend a phased path that fits your refresh cycle.

We design and support both. On-premises controllers suit sites that need traffic kept local or tight control over the management plane; cloud management simplifies multi-site operations and branch rollouts. When a migration makes sense for your operations and lifecycle, we plan it in stages with a tested rollback.

Yes. We start with data: a survey, spectrum analysis, controller or cloud management logs, RADIUS results and over-the-air packet captures. You get a clear root cause and a remediation plan, and we can carry out the fixes with you.
