This website, arpgate.com, is operated by Arpgate, a network services company registered with the IRS and the State of Maryland. We are headquartered in Columbia, Maryland, and you can reach us at hello@arpgate.com.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
This site does not use cookies. It does not use analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or any other tracking technology, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
Contacting us
This site has no web forms. The email buttons on our contact page open a new message to hello@arpgate.com in your own email app, and you can also copy our address into any webmail service.
Nothing is sent until you press send. Your email provider then delivers the message, like any other email you send.
No third-party services
Every file this site uses, including fonts and JavaScript libraries, is served directly from arpgate.com. Your browser does not contact any third-party font, script, analytics or advertising service when you visit.
Server logs
Our web server keeps standard access logs. Each entry records the requesting IP address, the date and time, the page or file requested, the response status, the referring page and your browser's user agent. We use these logs for security and operations, such as troubleshooting errors and protecting the site from abuse. We do not use them to track or profile visitors.
Emails you send us
When you email us, we receive your message and anything you include in it, such as your name, company and phone number. We use that information to respond to you and to follow up on your inquiry. We do not sell it.
Security
arpgate.com is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. A strict Content Security Policy only allows each page to load files served from arpgate.com.
